TransitReserve LLC (“TransitReserve,” “We” or “Us”) provides services that enable Dispatchur Users (defined below) to offer and schedule transportation (the “Services”) through our website located at dispatchur.com (the “Site”).

Please read the following important terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) carefully. These Terms of Service and the Dispatchur Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, govern your access to and use of the Site and Services, including any content, information, products or services therein. These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and TransitReserve and apply to you whether you have created a Dispatchur Account (a “Registered User”) or you are a visitor browsing the Site (collectively, “Dispatchur Users”).

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY CLICKING THE “I AGREE” BUTTON, OR BY USING THE SITE OR SERVICES (INCLUDING ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THEREIN), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES. If you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms of Service and your agreement to these terms will be treated as the agreement of the business. In that event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that business.

  1. Registration. When you register to create an account on the Site (“Dispatchur Account”), you will be asked to choose a username and a password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree that you will be solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You agree that the information that you provide to TransitReserve upon registration, and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete. Without limiting any other terms of this Terms of Service, you may not impersonate any other person or use a username or password that you are not authorized to use. TransitReserve reserves the right to require you to change your username for any reason and may do so at any time.
  2. Modification. TransitReserve reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site and Services, or to modify these Terms of Service, at any time and without advance notice. If TransitReserve modifies these Terms of Service, we will post the modification on the Site or within the Services. We will also update the “Last Updated Date” in these Terms of Service. If any modified terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease using the Site and Services, and if applicable, cancel your Dispatchur Account. By continuing to access or use the Site and Services after TransitReserve makes any such revision, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
  3. Termination and Account Cancellation.

    1. TransitReserve Termination. Without limiting other remedies, TransitReserve reserves the right to terminate the Site, Services or your access thereto at any time and for any reason. In addition, TransitReserve may take any actions it deems appropriate, without notice to you, if TransitReserve suspects or determines, in its own discretion, that you may have: (i) failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service or any policies or rules established by TransitReserve; or (ii) engaged in actions relating to or in the course of using the Site or Services that may be illegal or cause liability, harm, embarrassment, harassment, abuse or disruption for you, Dispatchur Users, TransitReserve, any other third parties, or the Site or Services.
    2. Your Termination. You may terminate your Dispatchur Account at any time and for any reason by emailing TransitReserve at support@dispatchur.com. Upon any termination by a Registered User, the related account and any information in the account will no longer be accessible.

Furthermore, TransitReserve will have no obligation to maintain any information stored in our database related to your account or to forward any information to you or any third party.
    4. Survival. Any suspension, termination or cancellation of the Site or Services will not affect your obligations to TransitReserve under these Terms of Service (including but not limited to ownership, indemnification and limitation of liability), which by their sense and context are intended to survive such suspension, termination or cancellation.
